The Plaza at University Park is a prestige retail center at the intersection of Preston Road and Northwest Highway. Selzer Associates designed a complete renovation of the existing 182,000 square foot center. Construction to modify all exterior wall surfaces was undertaken while the center was fully leased. The Plaza at University Park was recognized by Monitor Magazine as a Retail Center of Excellence.
