Bayou Walk Village Phase I is a 149,000 square foot retail center in Shreveport, Louisiana containing a Kroger, Barnes & Noble, Old Navy, Office Max and strip retail space. Completed in 1997, Phase II was completed in the Fall of 1998 and includes a Party City and Petco.
