Selzer Associates has great depth to our experience in retail design. We have been the Architect for Highland Park Village since 1979, designing both building modifications and store interiors. We designed the renovations at Preston Center East, now known as The Plaza at Preston Center. We have recently completed Mockingbird Station, an adaptive re-use mixed-use project adjacent to a DART light rail station. Selzer Associates understands the special needs of retail design. Selzer Associates has extensive renovation experience. Restaurant, retail, office and industrial clients have provided the majority of our renovation work, but we have also provided renovation design for multi-family and single-family residential, industrial and corporate clients.
