Chandlers Landing is located on Lake Ray Hubbard east of Dallas. It was the largest inland marina in the U.S. at completion. The building includes dining rooms and commercial kitchen, bar, meeting rooms, an observation platform for races, and outdoor recreation facilities. Chandlers Landing was honored for design excellence by the Texas Forestry Association and the Dallas Chapter American Institute of Architects.
