Selzer Associates was a member of the planning team to master-plan and write development standards for the 2,400 acre Valley Ranch development in Irving. Additionally, Selzer Associates was responsible for design of all the site amenities; entrance features, screening walls, bridge design, etc. Selzer Associates was also the architect for the Valley Ranch Visitor's Center.
