Selzer Associates has designed over 1,900 multi-family residential units. The projects varied from 15 units located in remote West Texas at McDonald Observatory to Chaparral Creek, a 416 unit development in Las Colinas. Additionally, Selzer Associates has designed more than twenty single-family residences in the Dallas area.
Selzer Associates has wide-ranging experience in land use planning and master-planning. As the local Associate Architect, Selzer Associates assisted in the master-planning and land use studies for Las Colinas in Irving, Texas. Selzer Associates was also a member of the planning team to master-plan and write development standards for the 2,500 acre Valley Ranch development in Irving, and, more recently, for Castle Hills, a 2,400 acre new town developed by Bright Companies in Hebron.
