Castle Hills Village Center is the first phase of a mixed-use shopping/ living development overlooking a beautiful lake and rolling hills. Selzer Associates designed development standards for the entire 2,500 acre Castle Hills new town near Lewisville, Texas.

Selzer Associates assisted in planning of this 2,500 acre new town north of Dallas. We wrote the design standards, worked with the City of Lewisville to amend their zoning and development ordiances to implement these design standards, and review all plans for conformance with the design standards. Selzer Associates is designing retail buildings for the Village Center.
