Selzer Associates has wide-ranging experience in land use planning and master-planning. As the local Associate Architect, Selzer Associates assisted in the master-planning and land use studies for Las Colinas in Irving, Texas. Selzer Associates was also a member of the planning team to master-plan and write development standards for the 2,400 acre Valley Ranch development in Irving. Additionally, Selzer Associates was responsible for design of all the site amenities; entrance features, screening walls, bridge design, etc. Selzer Associates was also the architect for the Valley Ranch Visitor's Center. On a somewhat smaller scale, Selzer Associates did the master-planning for the Park North YWCA site on Northwest Highway. Selzer Associates was responsible for the master-planning and architectural design of Chandler's Landing Yacht Club and Marina on Lake Ray Hubbard. Dining and meeting rooms, floating docks, tennis courts, observation areas and connecting paths were components of this design for the largest inland marina in the United States.
