Selzer Associates designed the Lewisville Municipal Center, a new structure for the City of Lewisville that includes City offices, Council Chambers and the city's Central Library. With over 30,000 square feet of office space, the building integrates public and city staff areas to enhance communication. Selzer Associates designed the Lone Star Steel Headquarters in Dallas, Texas. Winner of numerous design awards, this multi-story building is nestled in a grove of native trees near Love Field. Selzer Associates designed the renovations to the Lovick Building to house a general agent's insurance offices and provide leaseable space for other tenants. Selzer Associates has extensive interior design and space planning experience. We have designed over 750,000 square feet of open office interiors for Southwestern Bell Telephone Company.
